I cannot sleep.

I cannot sleep, took the ambien about 6 pm and was asleep when husband, Dennis came into bed which woke me up. I laid in the bed about thirty minutes. and I know I got to get to sleep because tomorrow is work, I want normal, I don't like to be reminded that I got Fibromyalgia. My facial muscles are sore, getting a headache and my legs are tingling. I took all the medication that I was supposed to take. I just want to be able, to do things. Instead be tired and hurting. I didn't do much of anything today. I going to go to bed and go to sleep. I just fear that I be calling work and telling them that I not coming in because I cannot sleep,
